Arrival by car



From Budapest

If you decide to come by car, take the motorway M5. (You can pay the toll at the petrol station.) Leave M5 at exit 159, take direction M43, Arad/47/Hódmezővásárhely/Szeged észak. Leave roundabout at the first exit, take direction 5, Szeged/E68/43/Arad/47/Hódmezővásárhely. When you reach Hódmezővásárhely guide-post, turn left to the Ady Endre street by crossing the rail track. First crossing turn left, Nagy András János street. At the 3rd street turn right, Hóvirág street. Turn right at Kodály Zoltán street, right after turn left to Hunyadi street, the next crossing is the Zrínyi street. Your destination is Zrínyi street no. 2. Coordinates: GPS N 46.41437° E 20.31645°

From Szeged

Take direction Hódmezővásárhely route no. 47, cross 2 roundabouts. When you reach Hódmezővásárhely, turn left to the Ady Endre street by crossing the rail track. First crossing turn left, Nagy András János street. At the 3rd street turn right, Hóvirág street. Turn right at Kodály Zoltán street, right after turn left to Hunyadi street, the next crossing is the Zrínyi steet. Your destination is Zrínyi street no. 2. Arrival by train



There is a regular train service (every hour) connecting Budapest and Szeged, departing from Nyugati railway station, having a stop at Budapest Airport (Ferihegy 1). The journey time is approximately two and a half hours. For details please visit: elvira.mav-start.hu

Travellers arriving to Liszt Ferenc Airport and travelling further by train can buy their train tickets in Tourinform office at Terminal 1 from 08.00 to 22.00 or at platform B of the railway station Budapest Airport (Ferihegy 1) from the ticket vending machine. The two platforms of the railway station are connected with Airport Terminal 1 via pedestrian footbridge, equipped with lifts above the clearway. A short pedestrian path of just 200 meters connects Budapest Airport (Ferihegy 1) railway station with Terminal 1.

Railway station and Terminal 2A or 2B are connected by bus no. 200E. Bus tickets are available from ticket machine in front of the Terminal, or purchased from the driver for HUF.

The train will arrive to the Nagyállomás (Main Railway station) at Szeged (This is the terminal). Arriving to the station take the other train to Hódmezővásárhely. This journey will take approximately half an hour. Arriving to Hódmezővásárhely, you can take a taxi, or by three minutes walk you will get the bus no. 1. Get off at Kossuth tér (the 4th stop, Kossuth square). On your left hand side you will see the hotel in the Zrínyi street.

As an alternative, the organizers offer you taxi transportation service between Szeged Railway Station and the Workshop Venue once in every hour on 3rd June from 10:30 to 17:30 and on 8th June from 10:00 to 17:00. Fare: 20 EUR / one way



By air and shuttle transfer



Probably the easiest and most convenient way to get to the conference is to fly to Budapest. The organizers offer you shuttle transportation service between Budapest Airport and the Workshop Venue. Before the Workshop we will ask you to provide your flight details (arrival / departure time and number of the flight) in advance to book transportation with us.

There will be a meeting point at the airport for workshop participants. If you do not provide us your flight information in advance, and just show up at the airport, we can not guarantee your transfer!



The shuttle transportation would be:

• on 3rd June from Liszt Ferenc Airport to the Workshop Venue at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00.

• on 8th June from the Workshop Venue to Liszt Ferenc Airport at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00.
